Learning from Extreme contexts

Increasingly people and organisations are exposed to risks as a result of developments in society. Some people chose to voluntarily expose themselves to risks such as mountaineering on their leisure time, others are exposed as a result of the complexities in new technologies, or through terror acts, natural disasters or accidents.

Whereas we all are exposed, some organisations and people cannot afford to fail. These are generally also more resilient when risks are realised. Their experiences are the interest of this podcast.

Your guide is Markus Hällgren, professor in management, and researcher and connoisseur of extreme contexts.
